Part of Matthew’s Friends work is to attend relevant health care professional conferences and meetings to promote and share information about Ketogenic Dietary Therapies for complex epilepsy and new emerging conditions.
Matthew’s Friends Clinics Specialist Dietitian Elizabeth Neal is an invited speaker at the forthcoming Primary Care and Public Health 2017 2-day conference at the NEC in Birmingham. Liz will be speaking on ‘The Ketogenic Diet – Beyond Epilepsy’ in the Nutrition programme on Thursday 18th May 1.50pm.
The Matthew’s Friends charity stand will be present in the exhibitor hall for all attendees to visit, meet the team including Liz and collect information to take back to their clinics. We’re very much looking forward to this exciting event and meeting GP’s and other health care professionals working in primary care, community and public health.
