Mo’s tip: You could make one large pancake if preferred. Serve with sugar free syrup such as DaVinci or Joseph’s maple flavour.
Ingredients
- 25g Eggs
- 8g Soya flour – full fat
- 12g Sunflower oil
- You will also need 15mls of ALPRO light soya milk, a small squirt of liquid sweetener and some sugar free syrup.
Instructions
- Beat together the egg, flour, Alpro, and a squirt of liquid sweetener – make sure you whisk until really smooth.
- Heat half the oil in a small 5 inch frying pan, when hot pour in half the batter.
- Cook until the batter is set and brown, then turn to cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
