Ingredients
- 43g Macadamia Nuts Morrisons
- 10g Onions, raw
- 10g Cheese Mature Cheddar Cathedral City
- 2g Sunflower oil
- 21g Eggs, whole, raw
- 10g Tomatoes, standard, raw
- You will also need 1/2 tsp dried sage or mixed herbs and a little seasoning
Instructions
- Grind the nuts as fine as possible.
- Grate the cheese
- Chop the onion & tomato (use deseeded & peeled tomato weighed after prep)
- Fry the onion gently in the oil till soft
- Then mix into all remaining ingredients including sage/herb & seasoning
- Cook in preheated oven 190c/Fan 170c/Gas 5 for approx 20 -25 mins
