PARKERS CHEESE ON TOAST

Ingredients
- 10g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
- 10g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
- 16g Philadelphia Soft Cheese Full Fat
- 2g Pesto, green
- 13g Butter
- 3g Cornflour
- 7g Olive oil
- 6g Mayonnaise Hellmanns
- 11g Cheese Mature Cheddar
Instructions
- You will also need a pinch of cream of Tartar
- Pre-heat oven 180c/Fan 140c/Gas 3
- Start by making the pitta bread base.
- Mix Philadelphia with the egg YOLK.
- Whisk the egg WHITE with the cream of tartar until stiff then fold in the Philadelphia mixture
- Use a little of the oil to grease some non stick parchment on a baking tray. Place the bread mix on flattening to shape. not too thin, you should get two 3inch rounds.
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Grate the cheddar. Gently melt the butter in a pan then add the cornflour, cook briefly, add the grated cheese, mayonnaise.oil and pesto
- Divided equally spread on top of the bread base, pop under a hot grill to brown
- Cool for 2 minutes before serving
