PORK ESCALOPE WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE

Mo\'s tip: Morrisons sell packs of thin cut pork chops these are ideal and easy to make them thinner. Use clingfilm when bashing them out!
Ingredients
- 25g Double Cream Morrisons
- 17g Pork, loin chops, raw, lean and fat
- 20g Mushrooms, common, raw
- 50g Celeriac, raw
- 17g Olive oil
- 11g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
Instructions
- You will also need some seasoning and 1/8 of a Knorr pork stock cube
- Start by bashing the pork pout until it is nice and thin, then coat with a little oil and season.
- Chop the celeriac and boil in aa little water until tender, drain well and mash with 2g of the cream.
- Chop the onions and mushrooms and fry in remaining oil, remove from the pan and cover with foil.
- Add the pork to the pan and flash fry-it will cook quickly! Put to one side.
- Add the stock cube with 15 mls of water to the pan with the vegetables.
- Stir in the remaining cream, stir until hot.
- Serve with the pork and celeriac mash.
