Ingredients
- 6g Butter, salted
- 8g Eggs, whole, raw
- 5g Macadamia Nuts Morrisons
- 6g Chocolate Chips Milk Morrisons
Instructions
- You will also need a pinch of Barkat Baking Powder 2 drops vanilla essence 3 drops liquid sweetener or 1/2 teasp granular sweetener
- Run the Macadamia nuts through a grinder then weigh.
- Soften the butter then mix ALL ingredients together (it will be runny)
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment
- Cook in preheated oven 180c/Fan 160c/Gas 5 for approx 10mins it will spread
- Leave on the baking tray to cool it will harden as it cools
- Easy to batch and freeze
