Tip : You can use Cream, Liquigen, Calogen or Betaquik for these.
Ingredients
- 1 Sachet of Hartleys Sugar Free Jelly Crystals
- 1 Gelatine sheet
- ½ Pint of hot water
- 10g Double cream
Instructions
- Dissolve the Jelly crystals and the sheet of gelatine in the water.
- Divide the mixture in half
- In one half, pour in the double cream, stir it and place into moulds.
- Set them in the fridge, and then pour the remaining jelly on top.
- Set them again, and you have layered ‘Harimos’ !
