Ingredients
- 175g Butter
- 76g Ground Almonds Morrisons
- 20g Chia Seeds Sevenhills
- 13g Almonds Chopped Whitworths
- 45g Almond Butter Meridian
- 50g Lindt 90% Cocoa Dark supreme
- 154g Eggs, whole, raw
- 60g Cocoa Bournville
Instructions
- You will also need 35g Stevia granules (Natvia) Sweetener
- 10g Barkat Baking Powder
- Grind the Chia seeds til smooth
- Melt the butter add the chocolate stir til smooth
- Place in a bowl add beaten eggs and all remaining ingredients except the chopped almonds!
- Mix well
- Place in a silicone or lined baking tin (I used 8" x 8") sprinkle with chopped almonds
- Cover with parchment paper
- Bake for 12-15 mins in pre-heated oven 160c/Fan 140c/Gas 3
- Cool completely before slicing
- This makes 8 good size portions or 16 snack portions Fat: 17.37g PRO: 4.66g CHO: 1.6g
