Christmas Pudding with ketocuisine

Ingredients
- 9g Double Cream Morrisons
- 18g Eggs, whole, raw
- 10g Pecan nuts, kernel only
- 7g Suet, vegetable
- 18g Keto Cuisine
- 7g Blueberries
Instructions
- You will also need 1/8 teasp Barkat BP 1/8 teasp mixed spice and a few drops of liquid sweetener
- Reserve cream for serving
- Grind the pecan nuts til fine as possible (almost to a paste)
- Cut each blueberry into 4 pieces
- Beat the egg and stir in all the other ingredients
- Place in a lightly oiled pudding basin cover loosely with cling film
- Cook in the microwave for 1 minute on high or steam for at least 20 mins
- Serve with the cream poured on or whipped and swirled on top
