Ingredients
- 20g Sausages BlackFarmer Premium
- 7g Butter
- 3g Oatbran Fine Cut White's from Holland & Barrett
- 16g Black pudding, raw
- 5g Oil, vegetable, average
Instructions
- YOu will need a pinch of dried herbs ( used sage)and a little onion salt
- Remove the sausage meat from the skin then weigh.
- Mix with the black pudding, butter, herbs, oil & season with onion salt (optional)
- Form into an egg shaped ball
- Roll tightly in cling film, this helps with the shaping.
- Make sure it is well wrapped at least 3 layers twist the ends and tie to make a handle
- Place in a small pan of boiling water cover with a lid and simmer for 20 mins.
- Cool in the cling film for a few mins it is then ready to serve.
