STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
FAT: 32.53g PRO: 4.04g CHO: 4.06g Kcals: 325 Ratio: 4.02:1


Ingredients
- 11g Ground Almonds - MORRISONS
- 3g Soya flour - full fat
- 11g Butter
- 26g Cream - clotted
- 34g Strawberries
- You will also need a few drops of liquid sweetener, no more than 3!
Instructions
- Soften the butter and mix in the soya flour, almonds and sweetener.
- Press into a 3 inch patty tin. I used one with a loose bottom which made it very easy to get out!
- Bake 160c / 140c fan / gas 3 for 10 - 15 minutes until firm and golden brown.
- Leave until cold turn out serve with the clotted cream and strawberrie
