Ingredients
- 60g Yoghurt Greek Style Morrisons
- 34g Double Cream Morrisons
- 4g Flaxseed Linwoods Milled organic
- 24g Blackberries, raw
- 11g Oil, olive
Instructions
- Mix together the Yoghurt & cream with 6g of the oil & 5 mil of Da Vinci or Crusha Fruit syrup.
- Put into a serving dish.
- Chop the blackberries and mix with remaining oil and the flax seed. A few drops of sweetener can be added if desired.
- Top the yoghurt with the fruit. (if preferred you could make layers)
- Good for breakfast!
- Other berries can be used
