Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 4g Oatmeal, Medium Stoneground Mornflake
- 13g Coconut Virgin oil, Biona Organic
- 10g Ground Almonds, Morrisons
- 13g Coconut Powder, East End or TRS
- 5g Hazelnuts chopped & roasted Morrisons Home Baking Essentials
- 3g Butter
- You will also need a teaspoon of Josephs sugar free Maple Syrup or, several drops of liquid sweetener and a good pinch of cinnamon.
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 150c/130c Fan/Gas 2/3
- Mix everything together. Then with wet hands form into 6 or 7 equal balls.
- Place on baking parchment on a baking tray or silicone mat.
- Flatten slightly (they will spread) to form a cookie
- Cook for approx 15 mins
- Leave to cool. Can be kept in an airtight container for a few days.
