CHOCOLATE MUFFINS with LIQUIGEN

Ingredients
- 24g Eggs
- 25g LIQUIGEN
- 4g Cocoa - BOURNVILLE
- 10g Olive oil
- 44g Ground almonds – MORRISONS
- You will also need a ¼ teaspoon of BARKAT baking powder, 10g of TRUVIA granules and a few drops of vanilla extract.
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 180c / fan 160c / gas 5.
- Mix everything together until smooth and creamy.
- Bake in 2 small cupcake moulds in pre heated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
