MCT Macaroni Cheese with Betaquik

Ingredients
- 27g Cheese Mature Cheddar Cathedral City
- 30g Double Cream Morrisons
- 4g Butter
- 100g Slim Pasta Penne
- 100g Betaquik
- 6g Cornflour
Instructions
- Grate the cheese before weighing.
- You will also need a pinch of mustard powder to season prepare the pasta according to the packet.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan stir in the cornflour & mustard
- Gradually whisk in the cream cook gently for 2 mins whisk in the Betaquick and stir till hot.
- Add 20g of the cheese and stir til melted
- Add the Pasta. Place in an oven proof dish sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Pop under a hot grill to brown off
- If you need more protein add more Cheese. Or you can make a different taste by using half the cheese and adding some bacon. Put it in EKM first tho!
