MUSHROOM SCRAMBLE WITH LIQUIGEN & MCT OIL

Ingredients
- 5g Butter
- 3g Sunflower oil
- 52g Eggs, whole, raw
- 20g Liquigen
- 10g MCT oil
- 20g Mushrooms, white, raw
- 37g Hovis Lower Carb White Bread
Instructions
- Chop the mushrooms and fry gently in the Sunflower oil & MCT oil
- Whisk together the egg & Liquigen with a little seasoning and put into the pan with the mushrooms
- Cook till the egg is set stirring continuously
- Serve on buttered toast
