PORK STROGANOFF & DESSERT with Liquigen

Ingredients
- 30g Pork Fillet
- 20g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
- 6g Cornflour
- 6g Butter
- 40g Liquigen
- 60g Mushrooms, white, raw
- 30g Beans, green, raw
- 50g Strawberries, raw
- 12g Cream, fresh, double
Instructions
- You will also need 1/2 teaspoon of dried sage & some seasoning
- Chop the onions, & slice the mushrooms
- Fry onion, mushrooms and sliced pork fillet in the butter
- Cook gently for a few min.
- Stir in the cornflour and Liquigen cook gently for 5 mins add sage & seasoning
- Cook the beans in salted water. Serve with the pork
- Serve the Strawberries and cream for dessert
