BREAKFAST using LIQUIGEN

Ingredients
- 20g Milk, Semi Skimmed
- 24g Oat So Simple Original
- 24g Bacon rashers, streaky, raw
- 16g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
- 36g Liquigen
- You will also need a few drops of liquid sweetener or Joseph's sugar-free Maple Syrup available from Low Carb Mega Store, online.
Instructions
- Mix the milk with 60mls of water & the oats microwave for 2 min, stir.
- Add the liquigen it is best if this is not over-heated but I found it ok to microwave it for another 30 seconds.
- Serve with the Maple syrup or stir in some sweetener to taste
- Fry the bacon in a small pan keep warm then add the beaten egg to the pan to make a small omelette.
- Serve with or after the porridge
