HERB & CHEESE Mini Loaf

EACH mini loaf gives FAT: 22g PRO: 11.35g CHO: 2.4g
Use one as a snack or part of a meal or two for a complete meal. Lovely cut and spread with butter!!
Ingredients
- 20g Sesame Flour
- 15g Cheese Mature Cheddar
- 35g Butter
- 50g Eggs, whole, raw
- 16g FiberFlour from Low carb Megastore
Instructions
- You will also need 1/2 teasp Barkat baking powder and 1/2 teasp of dried herbs of your choice.
- Grate the cheese finely weigh it then reserve 5g of it
- Pre-heat oven 180c/Fan 160c/Gas 5
- Soften the butter
- Mix ALL the dry ingredients together
- Add to the softened butter with the 10g of grated cheese
- Add the beaten egg mix until well combined
- Divide between two mini loaf tins 4inch x 2.5 inch
- Sprinkle with the reserved cheese dividing equally and a little extra dried herb
- Cook for approx 15-20 mins till firm and golden
- Cool in the tin for a few minutes before turning out
