Ingredients
- 14g Butter
- 6g Cheese Mature Cheddar
- 9g Cream, fresh, double
- 14g Ketocal 4:1 unflavoured
- 16g Eggs, whole, raw
- 7g Ultra Fine Fiberflour from Lonjevity Foods
- You will also need 1/4 teasp of Barkat Baking powder
Instructions
- Grate the cheese finely
- Soften the butter then beat in ALL the ingredients
- Place in a muffin mould
- Cook in preheated oven 180c/Fan 160c/Gas 5 for approx 15 mins
