Mo\'s tips: When cold you can decorate using Natvia or Sukrin Icing with a little colouring. Or if you need to get more fat in you can make some butter icing with unsalted butter and Natvia/Sukrin icing
Ingredients
- 27g Almond Flour Flurry Holland & Barrett
- 19g Butter
- 3g Cornflour
Instructions
- You will also need some sweetener of your choice. I find powder good for biscuits I used 12g of Natvia Icing.
- A pinch mixed spice or cinnamon or if preferred a few drops any flavour extract (optional)
- Pre-heat oven to 170c/Fan 150c/Gas 3 or 4
- Soften the butter and mix in the Almond Flurry, sweetener & flavouring
- Shape the dough to your own design when needed something seasonal like Christmas trees or stars look nice
- Cook for approx 10 mins depending on the size
