EASTER NEST CAKES NUT FREE

Ingredients
- 19g FiberFlour from Low carb Megastore
- 3g Cocoa Bournville
- 19g Butter
- 9g Cacao Butter Sevenhills Organics
- 6g Lindt 90% Cocoa Dark supreme
- 26g Eggs, whole, raw
- You will also need 12g Granular sweetener, 2g Barkat Baking Powder a few drops of Vanilla Extract and a few drops of Orange Extract. 1/2 teasp Liquid sweetener
Instructions
- Mix together the Fiberflour, Cocoa, baking powder and sweetener granules
- Soften the butter
- Beat in the Fiberflour mix with the beaten egg & vanilla extract
- Place in two small silicone moulds of your choice
- Bake in preheated oven 180c/Fan 160/Gas 5 for approx 12mins til risen and firm
- When they are cold. Melt the Cacao & Lindt Chocolate with the liquid sweetener and orange extract
- Use this to decorate the cupcake, I made eggs & chicks.
- You can just spread it.
- I cooked the cakes in two small ring moulds to make a nest shape
- These make two good snacks
