Ingredients
- 8g Raspberries, raw
- 150g Alpro Soya Light
- 5g Rice Krispies
- 50g Yogurt, greek style, plain
- 41g Double Cream Morrisons EXTRA THICK
Instructions
- Mix together the Yoghurt & cream
- The fruit can either be left whole or chopped
- Stir into the cream mixture you could add a little liquid sweetener if liked
- Serve the Alpro on the side as a cold or warm drink and can be flavoured with sugarfree syrup or a few drops of coffee essence
- The fruit can be changed but make sure you check the values.
- The carbs can be reduced by leaving out the Rice Krispies or serving less. They are a nice treat for a child that has the carb allowance available.
