Ingredients
- 10g Philadelphia Soft Cheese Full Fat
- 3g Wholegrain Melba Toast Morrisons
- 6g Butter
- 34g Double Cream Morrisons
- 23g Baby Corn Raw
- 11g Bacon rashers, streaky, raw
- 23g Cauliflower, raw
- 10g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
- 8g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
Instructions
- Keep the cream to one side with the Melba Toast & 4g of butter.
- Cook the cauliflower till just done. Strain & Mash mix with the Philly & Egg Yolk.
- Whisk Egg WHITE with a pinch of salt til stiff.
- Fold into the cauliflower.
- Place on a non-stick baking tray. This should look similar to pitta bread recipe.
- Cook in pre-heated oven 160c/Fan 140c/Gas 3 for approx 15mins.
- Meanwhile, boil the baby corn in a little water till just tender.
- Fry the bacon in 2g butter when done toss in the baby corn.
- Keep warm
- Spread the 4g butter on the Melba toast serve on the side with the veggie pitta, bacon & corn.
- Whisk the cream into some really cold water flavoured with DaVinci syrup or sugarfree Crusha Milkshake syrup.
- Serve as dessert.
