Sausage and Cheesy Mash with dessert

Ingredients
- 41g Sausages Black Farmers Daughter Chipolatas
- 5g Butter
- 3g Sunflower oil
- 4g Cheese Mature Cheddar Cathedral City
- 19g Double Cream Morrisons
- 15g Mascapone Morrisons
- 5g Dark Chocolate SWISS MENIER 70%
- 65g Celeriac, boiled
Instructions
- Make an icecream by beating together the cream & Mascapone with a few drops of vanilla extract.
- Grate the chocolate, then weigh it, stir into the cream mix.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours. This can also be put into a lolly mould if preferred.
- You will also need to make a little gravy using 1/4 Knorr stock cube of a little Knorr Touch of Taste mixed with water.
- Fry the sausages in the oil. keep the pan to make the gravy in.
- Mash the Celeriac with the butter & either stir in grated Cheddar or serve sprinkled on top.
- Complete the gravy by heating it in the frying pan this ensures you get all the residue.
- Serve Mash & Gravy with the sausage.
- Serve Choc Icecream as a dessert.
