Mo’s tip: I used small disposable piping bags purchased from Morrisons, you can make a small piping bag by making a cone using baking parchment, place the icing in making sure it reaches the tip of the point, then just snip the end off. The bigger the snip the thicker the writing will be.
Puresweet when mixed with a little water sets really well and is very much like normal glace icing – definitely the best I have found!!
Ingredients
- 7g Cocoa dark supreme – LINDT 90%
- 20g Cacao butter – SEVENHILLS ORGANIC
- 10g Icing - PURESWEET
- You will also need liquid sweetener and a few drops of flavouring (optional).
Instructions
- Melt the Lindt and cacao butter together in a basin over hot water.
- Add a few drops of liquid sweetener and flavouring if using.
- Divide into large heart shaped moulds and leave to set in the fridge.
- When set, mix the icing with a few drops of water to make a thick consistency, use to write an initial or name on the heart.
