Mo’s tip: For added flavour you could use garlic salt or a pinch of cumin powder or dried herbs.
Best served warm but they will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge, or you can freeze them. Reheat in a hot oven wrapped in foil.
This will make 2 portions as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 34g KETOCUISINE
- 10g Psyllium husk
- 25g Greek yoghurt
- You will also need a pinch of salt and 20g of hot water.
Instructions
- Mix together the KetoCuisine, husks and salt.
- Mix the hot water with the yoghurt and stir into the dry mixture.
- Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Pat or roll into shape required, not too thin!!
- Cook in a hot, dry frying pan for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
