Ingredients
- 25g Vegetable fat - TREX
- 200g Sugar free marshmallows – SAINBURY’S
- 200g Sugar free icing – SUKRIN, PURESWEET or NATVIA
- 15g Vanilla extract
Instructions
- To make the fondant icing, melt the marshmallows with the Trex fat.
- Add the icing and vanilla, it will be sticky until it cools.
- Wrap in cling film and leave at room temperature until it sets.
- This will cover an 8 inch cake.
