Our Ketogenic Family Support lovely lady Val will be joining their Family Support Session to #chatketo on 12th October 💜#epilepsy #Ketodiet #epilepsysupportAre you caring for a child or teenager with epilepsy? 💜Join us for an afternoon of fun and support at our next HOPE Family Support Session on Sunday, 12th October, from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm at Oakleigh School, Oakleigh Road North, Whetstone, N20 0DH.What’s On:✨ Meet our guest, Val Aldridge, a former nurse and now a trustee of the ketogenic diet charity Matthew’s Friends. Val is also the parent of a child with epilepsy who benefited from the ketogenic diet. Val now helps clinicians educate others about the diet and will be offering 1:1 chats about its benefits.Note: The ketogenic diet is a treatment for epilepsy.
