CHEESE STRAWS WITH AVOCADO DIP

Ingredients
- 4g Soya Flour Infinity Foods Organic
- 4g Rice Flour Doves Farm
- 4g Cheese Mature Cheddar Cathedral City
- 23g Mayonnaise Hellmanns
- 24g Avocado, average, flesh only
- 8g Butter
- 2g Flaxseed Linwoods Milled organic
Instructions
- Finely grate the cheese then weigh it (you do lose some on the grater)
- Mix the Flaxseed with approx 10mls of boiling water and leave to go gloopy
- Mix the dry ingredients together with a pinch of mustard or paprika if desired (or salt)
- Mix in the softened butter & flax. It will form a sticky dough.
- Pat out to a thinnish square on a non-stick baking tray and cut into straws push them slightly apart or they may join up!
- Bake in preheated oven 180c/fan 160c/gas 5 for approx 7-10 mins till golden brown
- Mash together the avocado & mayo add a pinch of herbs if desired.
- Serve the straws with the dip
