ICED EASTER BISCUITS

Mo’s tip: You could add colouring to the icing, I tried to make mine look like egg yolk!!
Ingredients
- 17g Ground almonds – MORRISONS
- 3g Medium oatmeal – MORNFLAKE STONEGOUND
- 14g Butter
- You will also need NATVIA sugar free icing mix (available on line e.g. Amazon), a few
- drops of liquid sweetener and almond extract.
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 170 c / fan 150 c / gas 3-4.
- Mix the almonds and oatmeal.
- Soften the butter and mix into the flour mix with the liquid sweetener and extract.
- Press into mini muffin moulds to shape. I made 5 biscuits. If you make 5 biscuits useful treats!
- Cook in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
- When cold mix Natvia with a few drops of cold water (be careful as it is just like ordinary
- Icing sugar and does not need very much water), use to decorate the biscuits.
- Each biscuit: FAT: 4.24g PRO: 0.80g CHO: 0.61g
