Moβs tip: Donβt be tempted to make them any larger as they are quite βshort and will be too fragile if they are thinner.
If you make 3 biscuits each one gives FAT: 6.20g PROTEIN: 1.09g CARB: 0.47g
Ingredients
- 11g Butter
- 12g Ground Almonds Morrisons
- 4g Coconut Powder TRS or East End
- 2g Cocoa Bournville
Instructions
- You will also need a few drops of liquid sweetener
- Heat oven to 160c/Fan 140c/Gas 4
- Make sure the butter is nice & soft
- Mix everything into the butter with the sweetener
- Roll into a sausage shape approx 5inch long
- Weigh the dough divide by 3 to find the weight for each biscuit
- Place on a baking tray lined with non-stick parchment or
- silicone liner and flatten into 2-inch circles.
- Cook in preheated oven 160c/fan140c/Gas 3 for approx 10 mins
- Good for a snack!
