COCOA AND COOKIES with BETAQUIK

Ingredients
- 14g Ground Almonds Morrisons
- 50g Betaquik
- 9g Butter
- 4g Cocoa Bournville
Instructions
- You will also need 5g of Natvia or Sukrin ICING sweetener and a few drops of liquid sweetener
- Preheat oven 160c/Fan 140c/gas 4
- Soften the butter then mix in the ground almonds & ICING sweetener this will form a stiff mixture roll into a thick sausage shape and cut into 3 pieces. Place on a non-stick baking tray and bake for approximately 10 mins till golden,
- Leave to cool on a wire rack they will crisp up as they cool.
- Mix cocoa with 50mls of hot water in a saucepan simmer gently for a minute or two this helps reduce the bitterness.
- Add the Betaquick and heat till hot. Stir in liquid sweetener to taste.
- Serve with the cookies.
- Easy to batch up the cookies they will keep in an airtight container for 3 weeks
