PASTA BAKE using Liquigen

Morrisons Penne are not the big ones! Each one weighs 1g so this gives a nice portion.
Ingredients
- 40g Liquigen
- 10g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
- 16g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
- 10g Cheese Mature Cheddar
- 4g Olive oil
- 2g Butter
- 21g Pasta Dried Penne Morrisons
- 25g Chicken, light meat, raw
Instructions
- You will also need a good pinch of fried herbs, a little GIA
- Garlic paste & some seasoning
- First, boil the pasta until just tender then rinse in cold water
- Fry the chopped onions & sliced chicken in the butter and Olive oil
- Add the tomatoes, herbs, garlic paste and
- Add the Pasta & a little seasoning
- Place in an ovenproof ramekin dish
- Mix a little English mustard into the Liquigen
- Pour it over the pasta & top with finely grated cheese
- Bake in a preheated oven 180c/Fan 160c/Gas 5 for approx 10-15 minutes until browned.
