CHICKEN & EGG DINNER

Ingredients
- 47g Double Cream Morrisons
- 22g Baked Beans reduced sugar HEINZ
- 53g Celeriac, raw
- 40g Chicken, light meat, raw
- 50g Eggs, whole, raw
- 11g Oil, vegetable, average
Instructions
- Start by placing the chicken between cling film and 'bashing' it out to form a flatter 'escallop' shape.
- Season on both sides. You could use dried herbs if preferred
- Cut the celeriac into cubes or chips.
- Heat oil and fry the celeriac till done. Keep warm
- Add the chicken cook on both sides it will cook quickly
- Heat the beans. Fry the egg
- Serve the chicken chips & beans with the fried egg.
- Dilute the cream with some water and flavour with DaVinci or Crusha sugarfree syrup
