VEGETABLE BAKE MKD
FAT: 40.04g PROTEIN: 17.07g CHO: 4.75g Kcals: 448
Ingredients
- 100g Eggs, whole, raw
- 40g Mushrooms, common, raw
- 45g Broccoli, green, raw
- 10g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw
- 12g Olive oil
- 9g Butter
- 21g Cream, fresh, double
- 20g Carrots, young, raw
- 25g Cauliflower, raw
- 30g Alpro Soya Light
Instructions
- You will also need a little GIA Garlic paste, some mixed herbs and a little seasoning
- Dice all the vege
- Preheat oven to 160c/Fan 140c/gas 4
- Beat the egg with the Alpro, cream and half the oil add the GIA Garlic, herbs and seasoning
- Mix in the chopped vege
- Grease an ovenproof dish with the remaining oil
- Put the mixture in the dish and dot with the butter
- Bake for 30-40mins till vege is cooked.
- This could be made using leftover vegetables but would need to be recalculated! Also, by using the vege from raw you get all the flavour and nutrients in the dish.
