JELLY TREAT

This makes a nice treat or dessert.
You can use other fruit but make sure you recalculate the ratio
Ingredients
- 40g Double cream - MORRISONS
- 10g Blueberries
- 3g Sugar free jelly – HARTLEY’S
- You will also need 75mls of hot water.
Instructions
- Dissolve 1g of the Hartley’s jelly in 50mls of the hot water.
- Place the blueberries in the base of the mould.
- Pour the jelly over the blueberries and place in fridge to set.
- When the jelly is set, dissolve the remaining 2g Hartley’s in the 25mls of hot water.
- When it has gone cold but not set, whisk in the cream.
- Pour this over the set blueberries jelly.
- Leave in the fridge to set.
- Turn out to serve.
