Ingredients
- 72g Ground Almonds Morrisons
- 30g Lindt 90% Cocoa Dark supreme
- 78g Olive oil
- 139g Butter
- 19g Cocoa Powder Dr.Oetker
- 300g Eggs, whole, raw
- 60g Soya Flour Infinity Foods Organic
- 40g Ultra Fine Fiberflour from Lonjevity Foods
Instructions
- You will also need 3 teasp Barkat baking powder, 15mls liquid sweetener and 48g NATVIA or SUKRIN ICING
- Pre- heat oven 190c/Fan 170c/Gas 5
- Reserve the Lindt Choc, ICING sweetener and Butter
- Mix together the cocoa, fibre flour, almonds, soya & Barkat
- Mix in the egg, oil & sweetener BEAT WELL
- Divide between 2 greased 7inch sandwich tins bake for approx 20 mins
- Beat the butter until light and creamy then beat in the Natvia. This makes a really nice butter icing, use half to sandwich the cakes together then top with the remainder.
- Use grated chocolate to decorate.
- If you feel ambitious you could melt the chocolate to make decorations
- This divides into 12 slices. Each slice is FAT:24.28g Pro:7.50g Carb: 2.20g
