Hummus style dip
FAT 29.81g PROTEIN 8.09g CHO 5.00g KCAL: 321

Notes
This will keep in the fridge for 3 days.
You could add 10g of olives if you want to add more fat.
A pinch of paprika will also add flavour, but this recipe tastes pretty much like plain hummus, and the texture is good.
If you used chickpeas instead of cauliflower, the carb content would be over 16g!!
Easily makes two portions.
Ingredients
- 6g Lemon juice
- 30g Tahini paste
- 10g Olive oil
- 100g Cauliflower
- 5g Garlic puree - GIA
- You will also need ¼ teaspoon of cumin powder.
Instructions
- Cook the cauliflower until tender (if you boil it make sure it is well-drained).
- Then blend with all other ingredients, I used a stick blender.
