Moβs tip: This is simple enough to change to one portion if you have use for the remaining avocado
Ingredients
- 104g Eggs
- 84g Streaky bacon
- 142g Avocado β flesh only
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 200c / fan 180c / gas 6.
- Divide the avocado into 6 pieces, wrap each piece in bacon (you will need 14g of bacon for each piece).
- Cook for 12 β 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile boil the eggs, ideally soft boil for dipping, or adjust to your preference.
