Avocado Ice Lollies

Notes
Mo’s tip: You can make these to a size that suits your requirements.
Once they are of equal size, divide the values by the number of lollies made to get the value of each lolly.
You can taste the avocado, if you need to reduce this then you could add some vanilla extract or a flavour of your choice.
The recipe will easily adapt to include some fruit or chocolate to have a change of flavour, but of course, you will have to add the amount to the values.
i.e.
10g of banana will add 2g of carbs to the total recipe.
20g of strawberries will add 1.2g of carbs to the total.
8g of LINDT 90% chocolate will add 4.4g of fat, 0.8g of protein and 1.1g of carbs (would need to be grated and stirred in after blending).
So adding the chocolate seems to be the best, as the fat is also increased.
I made 10 snack sized lollies each one gives: 9.23g fat / 0.47g protein / 0.50g CHO Making a nice high fat, very low carb treat!
