Mo’s tip: You could add a little GIA garlic paste for extra flavour.
If you have a favourite low carb bread, then all you have to do is adjust the values in the recipe.
Ingredients
- 50g Cherry tomatoes
- 50g Greek feta cheese - MORRISONS
- 30g Green olives in brine (drained)
- 15g Olive oil
- 25g Keto bread with psyllium
- You will also need a good pinch of dried herbs.
Instructions
- Reserve the bread – you will need to make some from the bread roll recipe which is on the website.
- Halve the tomatoes and olives.
- Cut the feta into even sized pieces.
- Mix the olive oil with the herbs.
- Mix everything together and keep in the fridge until needed, it will keep for up to 3 days.
- Serve with the bread to mop up the oil.
