Mo’s tip: You can use any sugar free jelly crystals, and any flavour, but check the
values as they may vary a little.
Can be enjoyed by all the family
I made 3 eggs in 100ml moulds, so each portion gives:
33.36g fat / 2.95g protein / 1.45g CHO
Ingredients
- 200g Fresh double cream
- 10g Strawberry jelly crystals – HARTLEY’S SUGAR FREE
Instructions
- Dissolve the jelly crystals in 100mls HOT water, leave to cool.
- When the jelly is cool enough but still pourable add it to the cream.
- Pour into moulds of your choice and leave to set.
