Moβs tip: This whole platter is intended for sharing.
It should be easy to calculate what is eaten.
The carb content is low; this could be lower if you swap the fig for green pepper.
No cooking required!!
Ingredients
- 50g Green salad
- 60g MINI BABYBEL β cheddar variety
- 20g Cheddar cheese slices - SAINSBURYS
- 20g Salami
- 30g Ham
- 15g Pepperoni slices
- 40g Cherry tomatoes
- 20g Green olives β in brine
- 60g Figs
Instructions
- Use the salad leaves to form a circle like a wreath, I used a mixed bag of spinach, rocket and watercress, there are other choices.
- I made the cheese slices festive by cutting them into some tree and star shapes.
- Cut the figs into quarters and the Babybel in half, leave in the red covering for a festive look.
- I used thin ham slices making them easy to roll.
- All you need to do is arrange all the ingredients to look as appetising as you can.
