Ingredients
- 24g Cheese Mature Cheddar Cathedral City
- 30g Philadelphia Soft Cheese Full Fat
- 12g Butter
- 44g Potatoes Maris Piper or King Edward
Instructions
- Boil the potato in salted water till soft.
- Drain and mash with the butter.
- Add the philadelphia and finely grated cheddar.
- Beat till light & fluffy.
- This is really cheesy and has a lovely flavour and texture.
