Mo’s tip: This recipe makes two snack portions.
They keep really well in an airtight container.
Divide the total recipe by the number of nibbles you make to make it easier to add to
the daily meal allowance.
ALLERGENS: Gluten, milk
Ingredients
- 10g Butter
- 5g Mature cheddar cheese
- 25g Ultra fine fiberflour - LONJEVITY
- 5g Fresh Parmigiano Reggiano
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 170c / fan 150c / gas 4
- Mix together the fibre flour with a tiny pinch of salt.
- Rub in the butter.
- Stir in the FINELY grated cheeses and mix with approximately 2 teaspoons of cold water to form a dough.
- Roll out evenly, not too thin, between 2 pieces of parchment paper.
- Shape as preferred.
- Cook for approximately 12 minutes, this will depend on the size you make, I made 20 nibble sized biscuits.
