Ingredients
- 20g Broccoli β boiled in unsalted water
- 5g Carrots β boiled in unsalted water
- 25g Omelette - homemade
Instructions
- Offer these foods in small finger pieces.
- They are soft and safe for little ones as finger food, but always under supervision of course.
- If self-feeding does not work, then they will mash together well, leaving a little texture to encourage chewing.
- This uses half an egg, to introduce baby to eggs after 6 months old.
- You can use scrambled eggs which will enable you to increase the fat.
- I have given small portions here, but you can easily adapt to your childβs ratio
