Moβs tip: To find the value of each cracker, just divide the total recipe values by the number of crackers you have made. It is best to keep them all the same size, this will make calculating a lot easier. These go well with mayo dip. Very low carb making them good party food.
Ingredients
- 24g Ground almonds - MORRISONS
- 5g Psyllium husk
- 5g Fresh parmesan
- 50g Mozzarella β MORRISONS SAVERS BRAND
- You will also need a pinch of salt (garlic salt is nice), and ΒΌ teaspoon of paprika (or a little black pepper).
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 170c / fan 150c / gas 4.
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Melt the Mozzarella in a microwave, this will take 30 to 60 seconds.
- Beat in ALL the other ingredients until a dough is formed, knead it until smooth.
- Roll out the pastry between two layers of parchment paper, this makes it a lot easier.
- Not too thick.
- I used a pumpkin shape cutter, but you can make any shape you like.
- Cook for approximately 8 β 10 minutes depending on size, until golden and crisp.
