CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS

Moβs tip: Itβs best not to have the cauliflower overcooked. Drain it well before weighing and mashing
Ingredients
- 8g Sunflower oil
- 6g Cheese Mature Cheddar
- 10g Cream, fresh, double
- 10g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
- 40g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
Instructions
- Mash the cauliflower
- Finely grate the cheese
- Mix the cauli,cheese, & cream together (Season if desired)
- Whisk the egg white til stiff then fold into the cauli mixture.
- Heat the oil in a small frying pan drop 3 spoonsful of the mix into the hot oil and fry gently on both sides, It will take a few minutes to cook through.
- Serve warm
