ALMOND COOKIES

Ingredients
- 11g Butter
- 24g Ground Almonds
- 5g Ultra Fine Fiberflour from Lonjevity Foods
- 12g Eggs, whole, raw
Instructions
- 10g Natvia or SUKRIN Icing Sweetener a few drops of Almond extract (or your prefrred flavour)
- Pre-heat oven 180c/Fan 160c/Gas 5
- Using softened butter beat everything together and place in teaspoons on a non-stick or lined baking tray (I actually made balls and flattened them a little)
- The mixture doesn't spread very much, it makes 5 small or 3 larger cookies
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- If you make 5 cookies you will get FAT: 4.72g, PRO: 1.53g, CHO: 0.50g per cookie
